Product Development and Niche Marketing Research

When doing research for niche marketing and developing products... there's really not much different in the steps you take when doing your research.

Product Development and Niche Marketing Ideas: Part 2

Product Development and Niche Marketing Ideas: Part 2

In Part 1 of this series I gave you a resource of products sold using direct mail.

Let’s take this “Idea Generator” one step further.

What about all of those late night infomercials? How did those products do… and what did those who purchased the product think of it.

The reviews are mixed.

Some loved the product they purchased… some said they were outright scams.

Like “Part 1″ of Product Development and Niche Marketing Ideas — this is an “Idea Generator” post.

Take a look at what sold… if you have the time, do a little cross referencing of these products at NextMark.

One product that jumped out at me was Kevin Trudeau’s “Debt Cures”.

His controversial debt cure book had mixed reviews… but there does seem to be a demand for the product, and possibly one that’s better (hint, hint).

iBuzzPro Testimonial Video

iBuzzPro seems like it is going to be a great money maker.

Most Affiliate programs only pay 10 to 50% when you make
a sale -- iBuzzPro will pay you 100% once you have become a qualified Reseller.

To become a qualified reseller, just make 2 sales, that's it.

On your first 2 qualifying sales you make $250, after that you make $5000 for each sale you make.

This has to be the best Affiliate Program on the planet bar none.

The "Voice Broadcasting" system is a virtual auto sales machine
in itself.

This is the product you are selling.

All you do is load up the phone numbers of your contacts into iBuzzPro and let er rip.

You could have hundreds or thousands of people either calling or visiting your web site wanting to know more about your products or services.

This has to be the best Marketing tool to come around since

iBuzzPro Testimonial Video ~ what others are saying

Just a quick little 'Testimonial Video' on what other iBuzzPro users are saying.

On a side note, I did have an intersting call today from a guy with a few questions about iBuzzPro who's a Window Tinter.

He was sold before he called me — only problem, he is so busy tinting car windows now (hot here in Texas — over 100 today) he is worried he'll have more business than he can handle — what a problem to have.

He is really busy during the summer months, but his business comes to a crawl during the Winter. So that is his plan… go ahead and get everything set up over the next couple of weeks, then crank iBuzzPro up when it starts turning cold.

Never fails… a month before Summer hits I receive all kinds of flyers and such in the mail offering me deals on Air Conditioning tune ups… adding Insulation to my attic… Radiant barrier… Pool Cleaning… all of these companies could use iBuzzPro.

They'd save a heck of a lot of money on postage for sure.

iBuzzPro ~ Affiliate Marketing with a Twist

iBuzzPro... fast money and a real product, what else could you ask for.

I think this is going to be a great program to be involved with.

With iBuzzPro being a one-time $500.00, you will not be nickel and
dimed to death like a lot of programs - like the ones where you are
required to spend a couple hundred a month buying vitamins.

I'm getting ready to do an iBuzzPro voice broadcast today to over
5000 business opportunity seekers. This should make my phone ring
a little -- beats calling them in person.

iBuzzPro supplied the business opportunity seekers list free of charge.

In fact, they have over 5 million biz opp and network marketing leads
members can use free.

Again, I think iBuzzPro is going to be one of those programs I'll look
back on and be gla

Affiliate Marketing ~ $500 Commission with a twist: Part 1

A company launches a new product that every Affiliate Marketer, Online Marketer, Realtor, Insurance Agent, Web Site owner, Home Improvement and Carpet Cleaning company wants — basically, it’s something that you and every business owner must have if you plan on staying in business.

This is not something that would be nice if you had it — oh no, it’s something you MUST have or you’ll go broke.

It’s that critical.

Like the air that keeps you alive, it is truly the “AIR” to your business.

What is it?

Affiliate Marketing the New Way

This is how it works on the “front-end” with the company I am referring to (there is a “back-end” as well where you make more money) — when you join the Affiliate Program and purchase the product, you now have “Resale Rights” to the product.

The illustration below is the way most Affiliate programs are set up — where you are selling products for a commission that someone else created, like Mike.

Link Building oldie ~ but some still goodie

Except for the linking back to other sites -- trading links, this is still a good article even for today.

If you will notice -- even though this article is six years old, some of the people mentioned are like the "who's who" of SEO and link building today.

131 (Legitimate) Link Building Strategies

July 11,
2002

In search engine optimization, "off page" factors have
become more and more important as they relate to rankings. In particular, solid
link popularity can literally make or break a site with the search engines.

However, one of the most difficult areas of SEO is building link
popularity. Why? Because the engines don't want "artificially
created" (or useless) links, so there are no easy ways to build link
popularity. The days of link farms and huge link exchange programs are over.
Try those strategies now and you can easily find yourself booted out of an
engine.

The Purpose of this Article
Start with the Basics:

Review any Web site to which you want to link *before* writing
to its Webmaster asking for a link. Like all SEO, do it manually. Automating
the task is asking for trouble, especially if you haven't reviewed the site
before asking for the link. (Gil Sery with Search Engine
Optimization Pros)

Link Building Exchanges ~ Good or Bad?

I've seen a few of these link building subscription sites where for $40 or $50 a month you can have a 3 way linking structure.

One site links to you -- you link to another... and another one links to the first one. This way you do not have reciprocal linking that Google supposedly does not like.

The question is -- do you always know the quality of the site linking to you using this Ménage à trois arrangement?

... and is really worth paying 30 to 60 bucks a month when you can do the same thing for free.

Link Building ~ the Holy Grail to High Search Engine Listings

Or how about this one;

utility poster video

I’m #1 for that phrase in Google.

I could go on and on, give you my most profitable phrases that I rank for — but I’d be messing myself up by giving you those phrases.

Besides, the run my car on water phrase is a pretty good one.

Whenever I write a post… I first think of the words or phrases I want to rank well for in the search engines.

I write down the main phrase… then I write down three or four related phrases and use them though out the post (article).

Once I’ve finished with the post, I let the post sit — I don’t link to it from anywhere or basically do anything with it for a few days. No promo at all.

I want Google to find it here first — and Wordpress does a good job of that.

If you want to cut your learning curve down a bit — (here’s the pitch), I have created a 40 page report on how I do it

Information Overload

I've been like a hamster on a treadmill for quite awhile now.

I'm sure you are as well.

With all the email we receive -- people pitching us products... sharing the secrets of the universe... how to get rich by the time we go to bed -- and the product launches -- getting the same email from 30 or 40 people day after day.

It has to end.

So I ended it.

I put to high a price on my time to read email after email -- that have no true value to me, just so these folks can pitch me their latest and greatest whiz banger.

Unsubscribe ~ You’ve got mail

I did something that I’ve needed to do for a long time… I unsubscribed from over one hundred (yep, over a 100) lists I had subscribed to over the last few years.
After that… I decided it was time to delete a few bookmarks of sites I frequent far to much. Over the years, I had bookmarked literally thousands of sites — deleted all but ninety four, and that still sounds like a lot.

Same thing with the email subscriptions.

Honestly, I found this to be my top time waster of anything I used to do.

I can’t remember who or where I heard it from… but a few years back, I remember someone saying you need to subscribe to all your competitors newsletters (to study what they are doing)… as well as Marketers lists who seem to know what they are doing… to see how they do it.

So I did.

Up until the last year or so… it wasn’t to bad.

Here lately though, it is truly out of control.
